No start - power steering related??? 850

Hi all,
When I got home last night wife advised the 850 wagon was leaking oil.
Upon inspecting, I found that it was power steering fluid dripping.
Started car and cranked the wheels to the screeching sound of the pump.
Since it was dark, (okay this is a lame excuse) I accidentally overfilled
the steering fluid reserviour. I soaked up what excess I could with a couple
of rags.
This morning when I went to start the car so that I could get it into the shop
and while the car turns over fine but will not fire.
Is there a sensor that cuts out the ignition if it detects a problem with
the steering fluid level or pressure?
If so, will it reset itself if the fluid is taken down to the correct level
or will I have to reset it manually or with my OBDII interface?
Any help, as always greatly appreciated!
NBZ
