Tar stuck to the tire? How to get off?

yessir. that ought to get 'er done too!

reminds me of an old anecdote...
when i was a bit younger i had a pal get nabbed by the cops for spinning donuts in a snowy highschool parking lot. he went to court and showed the judge where the Virginia DMV drivers manual recommended taking your vehicle "to a vacant lot and get used to how your car will handle differently in slippery conditions". the judge let him go but warned him well that there would not be any second chances...

good luck!
