replacing rear nivomats/shocks 1999 volvo xc awd V70-XC70 1999

Found out I have Nivomat auto leveling rear in my 1999 v70 xc awd ( 120,000). It sits fine with nothing in the car but add some camping gear and a small utility trailer and she really sits low. Also wore out two rear high end toyo tires that were 3 seasons old. Fronts are fine , at least last time I rotated them!
My question is we do use this car for family raft/kayak/ski trips and I have just switched to a small single axle trailer so I can have nothing loading down the trunk space in the car. Tongue weight probably 200lbs at most.
(I will check if the nivomats are working by weighting the trunk than bouncing it a few times to see if wheel well height changes. No matter what I'm prettty sure I need to replace the suspension all the way around.)

Should I look into a rear air system?
Replace the nivomats and spings?
Are there suspension options for the driving I'm using the car for?

Thanks !
