water leak at low fan belts are help , water pump ?? 850 1994

We have 1994 850 turbo , water have been leak NOT in the radiator.
but it leak on engine where all the belts and pully is..

leak on left side on the bottom , what should I look for before take to dealer ?

over flow tank is not crack .. could this be time for a new water pump ?

easy job how hard ?/ how long for this job ? how much cost if dealer do it.. any link with pictures that I can learn and see..
