Pirelli P6 vs Michelin Pilot Exalto--which is best? V70-XC70 2004

Am looking at the two above tires for my sister's 2.5 turbo, 235-45-17. Which is best? She is 74, wants a nice quiet, comfortable ride with good driveability. Weather conditions in Lewiston, Idaho, are not extreme, but the car came with a set of Blizzacks which she will need for about two months out of the year. Both are priced about the same. The Pirellis I believe come with a 55K warranty, the Michelins with a 45. The car currently has a set of P6's on it which are worn out. Opinions, please. Dick
