Opinion on Dealer estimates for 1998 XC Repairs V70-XC70 1998

I have RWD 740 and 940s, my daughter has an AWD 1998 XC with 110K miles. I am not very familiar with her car - it is a couple of hours away in Alexandria, Va. Recently she took the XC to the local Volvo dealer for 110K service. These items and prices were quoted:

110K service: $290

Replace Serpentine belt: $150

Replace broken upper torque (engine ?) mount - press new one in: $150

Left spring seat broken 360 deg - Replace: $310

Rear Drive shaft front boot ripped open and grease gone - RR: $350

Repair emergency brake (at limit of adjustment and not working - probably linings are worn ?): $220

Any ideas on how appropriate these numbers are ?

How difficult is the serpentine belt and upper engine mount replacement ?

Any recommendations for reliable Volvo AWD independent mechanics in northern Va ?

Thanks,

Mike
