front end groan 850 1997

I recently had my front struts,spring stops,sway bar end links and strut mounts(purchased from FCP).Since then I get groaning from the front end. I have been able to duplicate ut by grabbing the top of tyhe strut mount bolt with a pair of channel locks and twisting it.Do I have any options of getting rid of this noise without taking the struts out and replacing the spring stop and strut mounts ? I really would prefer not disassemble everything.
Any advice would be apreciated.
