'01 S60 Electrical Problems S60 2001

New batteries are at about 60% charged, enough to start the car once or twice. With Volvo, the DRLs are on which draw a lot of energy making the battery harder to come to a full charge. Plus the radio and climate control. If you have access to a charger, plug it in. Or ask a neighbor to help jump it. Make sure you turn the radio and blower off before you try again.
