Driver's Rear Wheel Frozen, Stuck C70 1998

Hi all - the back left wheel on the C70 is stuck. Thankfully, it's in my garage. I had been sitting there for about 5 days with the emergency break on. I went to back out, and it felt like the brake was still on. I figured I could just tap the gas hard one time and it would "pop out"...but that didn't do it. It just left a little skid mark.

Any thoughts on what needs to be done to get rolling again? All thougts are appreciated.
