99 V70 takes 7-12 cranks to get started. Seems to take longer when engine is cold or, when gas tank level is low. Always winds up starting, but it seems to be a huge strain on the starting system and I'd like some ideas on where to begin diagnosis. I've got a 245, and this V70 is new territory for me...thanks,!
