There is no aftermarket product you can buy made for Volvo. What can be done is to buy a rubber mat that is at least 4 feet long and cut it to fit. Then just glue it in place with waterproof glue, sparingly so it can later be taken off with solvent. Don't use contact cement! And look for a nice pattern that compliments the wagon.
