Hello,
My 99 V70 AWD developed a hard starting issue. The only way I can get it to statr is to push the accelator to the floor . Once started the car runs fine. About 2 months ago I had the plugs changed and the care tuned up recently both 02 sensors ETM mass air flow sensor alternator heater core ABS Unit rebuilt. Hopefully this is an easy fix. Thanks for your help
