looking around V70-XC70 2001

I want to buy a 2001 or newer v70... i have noticed that some '01 models have really come down in price.. what should I be looking for in these models? I presently have an 850 and a 99 v70, both of which have been pretty good...I am aware that the s60's and model II v70's use the same engine as the 850's and the first 70's
