Feedback on possible car purchase - 2 V70's and an 850

Hey guys, guess it's time to move on from my 2 old cars...

Considering buying one of the 3 following cars:

1. 95 854 GLT 123k, mint, runs like new and much cheaper than the other two. :)

2. 98 V70 GLT 138k, mint, also runs like new. This car has the highest asking price and will probably cost the most to maintain.

3. 99 V70 119k, good shape, runs well but not mint. Cheaper than the 98 turbo.

Going to buy one soon, so I'd like to hear your take on these cars.
