replace volvo engine or rebuild S70 1998

My 1998 S70 GLT started leaking oil and local mechanic saw that oil is getting down into the crankcase, causing pressure, leaks. Engine has 98K miles, so was hoping it would last a few more years.
Q: Is it better to rebuild the engine or find a used engine.
Q: where is a good place to find a used engine
