what is cv joint grease?

Hello fellows,

I've been wondering about what grease to use with CV joints.

I understand that CV parts/boots/etc usually come with a little package of grease to use.

What IS this stuff? I can't find anything at the local parts places (Canadian Tire, Princess Auto, NAPA, etc) that says that it's for CV joints.

There are some grease products that state they are 'synthetic' and 'extreme pressure' and 'heavy duty' grease that resists squeezing out and thermal problems, etc etc etc

Is any of this safe to use in CV joints?

Are either of the two Lucas products appropriate?
