'95 854 NA 5-speed. I use 87 octane E10 (10% ethanol) mostly from Shell, 0 to _2000ft elevation. I ran a full tank of 93 through it once just for S's and G's. I saw no appreciable difference in fuel economy or performance.

The engine management systems in these cars do a great job compensating for differences in fuel and air. If you don't want to worry about buying premium fuel, go for the normally aspirated (no turbo) engine or the low pressure turbo. Avoid the "T5" high pressure turbo.
