Wagon rear wiper 850 1997

Hey,
I had the same issue on my 99. First make sure the motor is working ant not burned out. Next soak the shaft wit PB blaster let sit overnight and begin to work the arm back and forth by hand. In my situation the shaft and arm loosened up.Then turned on the wiper switch and helped the motor by moving the arm by hand after a few mins and more PB blaster the rear wiper works perfectly.
