Many thanks for the epert help. The lock rod was bent and not allowing he stem to go fully up. Also, someone had managed to lose the proper indexing on the window lift and the window would only go halfway down. Ended up welding nuts on the regulator so we could remove/install the regulator without cutting rivets. Thanks again...
