I don't know much about this stuff, but is OBD2 a true standard across makes? What is a good one to use for the XC70? I have a check engine light coming on and even at idle it's reading about 13 L/100 km. I think it's in limp mode. My last foray into diagnostics was with my '89 240. All tips welcome :)
