Engine serial number S70 1999

Group:
I need to buy the timing belt and tensioner from FCP Groton for a '99 S70.
However his pages ask if the serial number is above 1266128 or prior to that.
One of the FCP pages says that the number is on a white plastic sticker on the timing cover, but I cannot find one there.
FCP also says that if your '98 model has a distributor cap and rotor then it is in the older range. It seems safe to assume that no distributor cap on a '99 means that it is in the newer range.

I would still like to verify the serial number, though.
Where can the serial number be found on a '99 S70?

Thanks,
S'V'
