850 not starting - ignition switch? 850

Well I tried everything suggested;

Lights go off when the key is turned. Small spark at the service wire when touched to the + positive terminal. No start either way.

I am going to try a better wire connection tomorrow before throwing in the towel and getting the new starter. One additional question, I'm blanking on the PNP switch???
