Power seat conversion V70-XC70 1998

My 1998 V70 had mechanical seats, and the leathere was in bad shape. Had an opportubnity to get a set of leather seats, and both of the front seats are power.

However, big surprise, the breakout cable in the rail on the driver's side, has no wires for the final power to the "A" connector at the module under the driver's seat.

Also, there are no fuses in the underhood box [that would be # 39 and 40] for the seats.

Any suggestions as to what will happen if I just add 12 volts to the #3 pin and ground the #1 pin?
