Possibly buying a V70 V70-XC70

The AC probably doesn't work anymore, but a can of R134a will help when it gets warmer. 1998-2000, in 1999 coil over plugs were added, eliminating plug wires and distributer. Check the timing belt sticker - 1999 and on had an interval of 105K miles, 1998 was still 70K miles.

If the car runs without making a lot of noise, buy it.
