I did shut off the light, but the small wipers still work...well...the one does...the one that stayed up...no longer is working at all. I dropped by my mechanics and the motor is shot. He is looking for a used one for me. I did what you suggested and the fluid is now flowing fine.

So that is what is happnening...now I am waiting on a price for the head light wiper motor. My mechanic also said they would not work when the lights were turned off...but they did. ???
