Check eBay...enter "Volvo 850 Rocker" into the search and you'll come up with 3-4 listings for the rocker panel, which is what that piece is called. Looks like about $50 will get it. Installation requires removal and replacement of several specialized "pop" rivets with plastic heads....best done by someone who can get them....you'll probably also need to get the replacement painted, so check with your favorite independent Volvo repair shop to see who they recommend and give the job to them...
