Intermittant Headlight Power - RH Side Only S80 2005

I'm having an issue with an intermittant low beam headlight on the RH side. The LH side works fine. I put a volt meter on the wires right at the bulb connection and found that it's not the bulb failing - the power TO the bulb fails. Sometimes it works OK when you first start the car, then clicks off after several seconds. Other times the power is dead right from start-up.

I'm suspecting a failing RH headlight relay. My plan of attack is to try swapping LH and RH relays and see if the problem moves with it. The problem is locating the relays. There is a large plastic box on the LH side of the engine bay that houses a bunch of fuses and relays. On the box lid there is mention of a couple relays that it says are on the "Underside". I've looked underneath with a flashlight and mirror but can't see anything. Do I need to unscrew the relay/fuse panel and pull it upward to see below?

If anyone knows where to find the relays, please lead me there.
