Your first issue sounds like a relay to me...not sure what else it would be.

Foamy stuff on the dipstick indicates air in the oil. Check the PCV system. It's probably clogged. Positive crankcase pressure=bad.

I'd take the car into the dealer and have them reprogram the remote chips in the keys and on the car, at the very least. That way, the person with the key could get INTO your car but couldn't start it. That said, I'd probably get a new set of locks/keys/ignition from a junkyard. Anywhere else the price would be beyond ludicrous.
