Did you ask them about both sets of keys not working?
Misfire on #6? Usually it is #3-5 where it is hotter under the cover. If the computer box is anywhere near the wiring for the coils, I would question if the wires were disturbed when the ECM was replaced.
If you look at the rear of the owner's manual for sparkplugs, you will find a reccomendation for Champion plugs which you can get at any parts store. They will also have coils for around $50 or less.

I suggest getting a cheap code scanner from the autoparts store so you can look up and delete codes. Most stores will let you borrow a scanner, free.
