Finally got to experience the AWD V70-XC70 1998

98 V70XC. This is the first real winter weather we've had since I bought this XC in Feb 07. All I can say is that I'm really impressed, the main test is simply getting up the driveway to the road. I have an 850 and a 95-940, neither will complete this main & very important task.

Once on the road the XC has proven unstoppable with the ice & snow we just got in the KY region. I may just keep this car now for its ability to climb our extended & uphill drive. This is my 1st AWD/4WD vehicle I've owned.

I still prefer the now deceased RWD, but this is a keeper due to its mobility.
