Need a little help - p0300 Code 1998 v70 AWD turbo V70-XC70

It seems to happen only when in drive. It will Idle fine even can rev the motor no misfire but when I put it in drive it starts misfireing on random cylnders

I have replaced the plugs wires cap and rotor as well as the alternator.

Try the coil next? They should be fairly cheap.

It has been doing it for a three of tanks of gas I thought it may be bad fuel even tried some injector cleaner - dry gas additives to no avail.
