Initial start(usually cold) heater motor slows and revs S70

98' S70 GLT 160k
Lately I have been hearing my heater motor, or I should say fan when the car is cold, cycle up and down, sounding like either a lack of power or something slipping.

The sound can be described that it is normal then sounds to slow, output is reduced. After a few minutes or if I am quick onto a road that I open it up, it apparently goes away. More noticable when parked or at a light.

I dont see any codes, yet I am curious if anyone has any suggestions, the issue is not a big one, yet curious if something is going down hill, or I should be concerned.

Thanks Fred
