ebay trip computer 850

I got the trip computer in today. got it off ebay for 25 dollars and the guy sent it with a snapped off "hour" push button thing. I did superglue it back on, but abs plastic doesn't glue well. I got a computer for a 94...these have the grey wires on the back connected vs. the 96 and up which have two green plugs on the back. When you first plug it in, everything glows for a minute and it looks screwed up, but then the clock comes on and it's ok. It has average speed, average mpg, current mpg, outside temp, miles to empty, and a simple trip miles. The strange thing is when you reset it, it counts up to the first one mile in tens....i dont know if thats yards or what but at like 1760 it switches to 1.0 miles and then in tenths of a mile after that. You mount the "info" switch to the left of the heated mirror switch. Anyway, after driving around for about 30 miles, i averaged 22mpg. It was worth the 25 bucks and two hours screwing around with the dash....
