P0422 and P0128 codes V70-XC70 2001

i am getting the above codes in my 2001 XC70 (with about 120,000 miles on it). i first received a CEL about a month ago, for a couple of days, and the CEL turned off by itself. i went to an autozone and they printed out the codes. i would like to do some checking before sending the car out, but my problem is i do not know where the vacuum hoses are. does anybody have a pic of what my engine looks like and where these hoses are?? also, what else can i check before i have to purchase a new cat.
