What year was Air Pump added to 850? (Oxygen Sensor fitment) 850 1995

When did Volvo add the Air Pump to the 850? Mine is a 5-speed 1995, built 10/94. The oxygen sensor listing for the Bosch Universal varies depending on "with or without air pump." 15727 is w/out and 15738 is with air pump ($50 difference!) Any good references for whether they may be interchangeable?
