vacuum lines? S70

where is the throttle body on the 70's? I want to get to the spark plugs, but the star bolts are rusted on.. the stalling started today, after driving through heavy rains, and in some cases blocks of 10" standing water.. the biggest culperate I want to check is the dist. cap, but even that is a challenge to get off on this model... this is the first time since I have had this car that is had been continuously humid..
