RR hub locked S60 2003

Probably a brake shoe, for the parking brake, fell down. You will have to remove the brake rotor which isn't a lot of fun, but then you will see what needs to be fixed.
Driving without a brake shoe is not a problem, as it only is used for a parking brake. There are 2 small L shaped metal brackets that hold the shoe in place, along with the springs. If a spring broke and the mental brackets bent flat, the shoe will lodge against the drum.
