i do not know if it is the 850 or 960 by if you get in the car with all the doors, hood, and trunk closed and turn the key five time on just so all the lights light up on the dash on off the red light on the center of the dash by the front windsheild should flash push a button on the remote and the light should stop flashing and stat once more after if stops turn the key off and try the remote good luck
