Updating my turbo with newer turbo. 850 1994

My TD04-15G Mitsu. turbo is on it's way out. I would likew to replace it with a slightly larger turbo. Like a TD04-16T of a S70 or a TD04-18T of a AWD V70R. Has any one had any luck changing to a different Turbo and what were the complications of the turbo switch. I figur already the exhaust/Downpipe will need modifications.
