Front Speaker Not making Any Noise V70-XC70 1998

Try turning your fader button a dozen times, left to right, first.
You could pull the radio out of the dash without unplugging it and "on", and then seating the 2 plugs on the back a little harder.

If you still don't get any sound, then the door speaker must come out and be inspected. The 2 speaker wires cannot be put on backwards! Make sure you remember which wire goes where.

The 850 speakers had poor glue and the magnets used to fall off!! If this is the case, laugh a lot and put a thin film of glue on the rear of the magnet and allow it to set before putting the speaker back.
