Vanity Light C70 2002

I purchased an '02 C70 last summer and I love it. Wish my wife would let me drive it sometimes. However it has developed one little problem The light behind the visor on the driver side apparently has a short in the switch. The light is supposed to come on when the visor is down and the slide over the mirrow is open, howere I have to put the visor about 2/3's of the way up to turn the light off. If I put the visor all the way up, the light comes. Where is the switch located, can an amateur like me replace it, and am I on the right track?

Thanks in advance!

Wade
