Started and stalled, twice. V70-XC70 1999

My uneducated guess would be a vacuum leak. Unmetered air entering the intake manifold will trigger a lean condition for the O2 sensor, that causes the ECU to leave the injectors open longer which will foul the plugs. Couple that with a colder engine and that will be much too rich.

No codes with the above scenerio, because the ECU thinks it is doing the right thing.
