Early/Late 94 850 Turbo diffs 850 1994

I have read a few posts regarding people recommending late 94's instead of early 94's.

Questions about this:

1. Since '94 model year cars sold in '93, when would be the cut off date between early and late '94s be? Late '93?

2. What are the differences?

I have a '94 855 Turbo that was manufactured in 11/93 and want to know into which category it falls.
