Question about your accident... 850 96

Do you still have the stock Volvo pads? Were you driving at highway speed?

Reason I ask is that I need drive about an hour "at highway speed" before I need to use my brakes. I'm guessing that brake dust or road crud accumulates on the rotors; so the first time I hit my brakes it seems to take a moment or two longer than usual for them to engage.

I'm considering upgrading the pads and rotors later this year.
