SRS Light on, ECU B5 2-1-2! wheres the wire? 850 1995

I've got a 1995 850 GLT.

The SRS light is on, and the B5 ECU is showing a 2-1-2. (driver airbag connection open).

I followed the Haynes manual and disconnected the battery, cleaned the airbag connections

at the wheel, but Im at a loss where there are wires/connections

under the dash to reseat/clean. Any ideas?
