bump while turning S40-V40 2001

hello guys,

my overall experience with my v40 has been good, the only thing i have found not as satisfactory is that when i tured to steer all the way, it feels as if the wheel is going over a bump but there isn't really anything there. Has anybody felt this? anybody know what it is and how to fix it? thanks for any help.
