Proud new 850 owner 850

New to Volvos and new to this forum, just picked up a 1996 850 GLT wagon yesterday.

The good:

-144,000 miles
-Timing Belt 15,000 miles ago
-5 speed
-loaded w/ all the options
-bought for $900

The bad:

-Driverside front wheel bearing completely gone
-Needs new rotors, brakes, and maybe a caliper
-CV boot needs replaced
-no service history
-window wipers don't work
-might need an O2 sensor
-getting a code about the secondary air pump (what exactly is this?)

I'm planning to change all fluids, fuel filter, tires, plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, flame trap, air filter.

Am I missing anything, should I replace anything else as preventative maintenance? The factory load bars and rack were taken off at some point, how hard is it to find a new set and put them back on?

Any other general recommendations?

Here are pictures if you are interested, it looks ridiculous as it is:
