Clunk when turning V70-XC70

What a nice car, mine started doing that at 120K. It could be the center carrier bearing going, the viscous coupling, or the first CV joint behind the bevel gear box.
The viscous coupling can only be replaced, there is nothing you can do there. The other parts are easier to replace??? I would just wait until it became a drivablity issue :) The dealer will want to replace the entire shaft for a small fee, guaranteeing nothing. The VC can be found in junk yards, and you can use units up to MY2000, the XCs have the same drive train.
