Water pump should be good for a long while. The oil breather hoses should be replaced soon, the nipple for the hose that attaches to the turbo intake pipe needs cleaning out ASAP.
Has the bevel/angle gear box oil been flushed? Do it.
If you take your car to a dealer, has the fuel filter ever been replaced? It is in a hard place to get, so look at it with a flash light above the rear axle and see if it is covered with rust proofing (original).
Check the hoses on the EVAP system, especially near the fuel filter, for cracks.
