C70 Starting issue...? C70 2000

The engine racing slightly to 2000rpm is an indication of a potential vacuum leak around the intake manifold.
The no start sounds like a security problem, again. There is no lifeline for the security ring, some cars never have this problem, others do. It might be some rough metal at the rear of the lock, or just too tight. Sometimes, the security module will have a false reading from the engine hood lock and slamming the hood close solves it.
